Rules and Conditions

Program Eligibility:

The GoldenCare Rewards Program is automatically available to each GoldenCare Appointed Agent ("Agent") whose appointment contract is current and in good standing. While certain Rewards Points may be accumulated before or while the GoldenCare appointment contract is pending, appointment contracts must be valid and current to redeem points. It is also understood that the GoldenCare Rewards Program is a voluntary courtesy program presented by GoldenCare, and all final decisions regarding offering, earning, claiming and redeeming of points rest on the sole discretion of GoldenCare.

Earning Rewards Points:

Upon the sole discretion of GoldenCare, a varying number of Rewards Points will be offered for certain qualifying GoldenCare events, agent accomplishments or promotions (”Rewards Event”). Agents who satisfy the necessary requirements and limitations for a Rewards Event will earn the applicable Rewards Points – most often in the form of a Rewards Code that can be used to Claim Rewards Points. It should be clearly understood that for various reasons certain Rewards Events may offer varying amounts of Rewards Points, or no Rewards Points, for different Agents. Further, earned Rewards Points and/or Rewards Codes are non-transferable or assignable, may not be combined with other Agents and have no value until they are properly claimed and redeemed within the parameters of the GoldenCare Rewards Program described herein.

Claiming Rewards Points:

In order to accumulate earned Rewards Points, unless otherwise informed by GoldenCare, Agents must log in at goldencarerewards.integrity-rewards.com and officially claim earned Rewards Points. GoldenCare may establish varying deadlines for claiming earned Rewards Points. Unless otherwise informed by GoldenCare, Agents will have 30 days to claim earned Rewards Points. Rewards Points or Rewards Codes will not be issued for any expired, lost or unused Rewards Points or Rewards Codes. Claimed Rewards Points are non-transferable or assignable, may not be combined with other Agents and have no value until they are properly redeemed within the parameters of the GoldenCare Rewards Program described herein.

Redeeming Rewards Points:

In order to use claimed Rewards Points, unless otherwise informed by GoldenCare, Agents must log in at goldencarerewards.integrity-rewards.com and redeem claimed Rewards Points. GoldenCare may establish varying deadlines for redeeming claimed Rewards Points. Unless otherwise informed by GoldenCare, claimed Rewards Points will expire and be removed from the Agent’s Rewards Points Account at the earliest of (i) 10 days after Agent’s appointment with GoldenCare terminates, (ii) 24 months after the Rewards Points were earned; or (iii) immediately after the Agent fails to follow these Terms, abuses the GoldenCare Rewards Program privileges or provides false or misleading information regarding eligibility to participate in the program or Rewards Points accumulation. Further, GoldenCare retains the right to adjust any Agent’s claimed or redeemed Rewards Points totals if inaccuracies are discovered for any intended or unintended reason.

Rewards Points do not constitute property of the Agent:

The GoldenCare Points Program may be changed or discontinued at any time without notice. The accumulation of Rewards Points does not entitle Agent to any vested rights with respect to such points or Program benefits. When redeeming Rewards Points, Agent may not rely on the continued availability of any award or award level, and may not be able to obtain all offered awards. Any award may be withdrawn or subject to increased Rewards Points requirements or new restrictions at any time. Changes to the Program may affect the perceived value of, or your ability to use, the Rewards Points you already have accumulated or result in the forfeiture of accumulated Rewards Points.
